THEME – Self learning is the best learning

WORD OF THE DAY (WOD):

Meticulous– (adjective) meaning showing great attention to details.

The Meeting started at 3.00 PM and ended at 5:00 PM.
Total Attendees – 24, 19 members and 5 guest

Sergeant at Arms- TM Boniface started the meeting with a fun ice breaker activity and explained ground rules.
President Harry addressed everyone, welcomed guests. He introduced the new excom team.
Followed by this president Harry narrated a story with the moral to find the value in self.

TMOD of the day was TM Anand Raman. He introduced the theme of the day and narrated a story in line with the theme and explained the meeting structure.

The General Evaluator of the meeting was TM Saleem. He explained the role of GE. His TAGL team consisted of

TM Malavika as Timer
TM Sudha as Ah counter
TM Boniface as Grammarian
TM Babula as Listener

The first speech was by (L1P2) TM Amritha Sinha and the topic was “The disruptive power of exercise” . This speech was evaluated by TM Varsha. The second speech was by (L1P2) DTM Prakash Francis and the topic was “Gabbar Kaun”. This speech was evaluated by TM Ranajay

After that we had table topic session which was hosted by TM Vidya and it involved the following toastmasters.

– Presentation at the District Collector’s Office.
– How failures are blessings in disguise.
